Who we are

This website belongs to Dolce Vita Craft & Kitchen, 287 Beeston Road, Leeds LS11 7HX ("we", "us"). We are responsible for any personal information you share with us. You can contact us about privacy at dolcevitaleeds@gmail.com or on 07833 847750.

What information we collect

This website has no forms, accounts or online ordering, so we do not collect any personal information through it.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email — for example to book a table or ask about a private event — we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details of your booking or enquiry. We use them only to reply to you and manage your booking or event, and we keep them only for as long as we need to for that purpose. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Hosting

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address when you visit, to keep the service secure and working. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Cookies

We don't use any cookies of our own — no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. However, some content on our home page comes from other companies, and they may set cookies or collect technical information when it loads:

• Google Maps — the map in the "Find us" section. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• TripAdvisor — the rating and award badges. See the Tripadvisor Privacy Policy.

This content only loads if you click Accept in the cookie notice, or Show map / a route under the map. If you click Reject, it won't load and you can still open the map directly on Google Maps.

Our pages also use fonts from Google Fonts and a badge from Restaurant Guru. These don't set cookies, but your browser connects to their servers to download them, which shares your IP address with them.

We save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you every time. You can change it at any time:

Our site links to Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, WhatsApp and other websites. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Just contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
